Last updated: November 2025

Preamble

These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between MyInterface (VAT: BE0754571710), hereinafter referred to as "the Provider", and any natural or legal person wishing to benefit from its services, hereinafter referred to as "the Client". Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

Services offered

MyInterface offers custom web and mobile development services, including: design and development of web and mobile applications, integration of technical solutions, hosting and maintenance of applications, as well as technical consulting.

Quotes and pricing

Every project is subject to a detailed preliminary quote. Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. Prices shown are in euros and exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated. The quote signed by the Client constitutes acceptance of these general conditions.

Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of 30% is required upon signing the quote. The balance is payable upon delivery of the project or according to the agreed schedule. Invoices are payable within 30 days. Any late payment automatically incurs late payment interest at the legal rate.

Intellectual property

Transfer of intellectual property of the developments produced takes place to the Client after full payment of the service. Until full payment, the Provider remains the owner of all elements created. The Client guarantees to hold the rights to the elements they provide (texts, images, logos).

Confidentiality

The parties undertake to keep confidential the information exchanged within the framework of their collaboration. This confidentiality obligation continues for 2 years after the end of the business relationship.

Liability

The Provider undertakes to implement all necessary means for the proper execution of its services. Its liability is limited to the amount of sums actually received for the service in question. The Provider cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or the use made by the Client of the deliverables.

Termination

In the event of a serious breach by one of the parties of its obligations, the other party may terminate the contract by registered letter with 15 days notice. Amounts due for work already performed remain payable.

Applicable law

These general conditions are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the courts of Brussels will have sole jurisdiction.
