Commercial prospecting and personalised mock-up emails

As part of its activity, MyInterface occasionally sends professionals (companies, self-employed workers and members of the liberal professions) an introductory email accompanied by a personalised website mock-up, strictly for demonstration purposes, free of charge and without any obligation. This processing is subject to the following safeguards:

  • Legal basis : Legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. A balancing test has been carried out: prospecting is directed solely at professional recipients via their professional contact address, in a low-intrusion B2B context, and each recipient retains the right to object immediately and free of charge.
  • Source of the data : The professional contact details used come exclusively from public and lawful sources: the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (BCE/KBO public register), the recipient's professional website, public Google Business listings and publicly accessible professional pages. No data is purchased from data brokers or obtained by scraping protected sources.
  • Recipients concerned : Exclusively professionals acting in the context of their activity (companies, self-employed individuals, liberal professions). No prospecting is addressed to private individuals, and clearly personal addresses are excluded from processing.
  • Purpose : To present a web development service proposal, illustrated by a personalised mock-up produced free of charge. No sale, subscription or charge results automatically from it: any follow-up is entirely at the recipient's initiative.
  • Data processed : Strictly limited to the professional information needed to make contact: trade name, professional email address, professional phone number, company number (VAT), sector of activity (NACE code) and public website. No special categories of personal data (sensitive data) are processed.
  • Retention period : Contact details are kept for a maximum of 12 months from the date of the last contact. In the event of an objection, the data is deleted without delay, and only an exclusion record (email address alone) is retained to ensure that no further outreach will be sent.
  • Immediate opt-out : You may object to any further contact at any time, free of charge and without justification: simply reply "STOP" or "unsubscribe" to the email received, or write to contact@myinterface.be. Your request is processed without delay and permanently.
  • Additional safeguards : No profiling producing legal effects is carried out. No automated decision-making takes place. Your data is never assigned, rented, sold or transferred to any third party, nor outside the European Economic Area.
  • Right to lodge a complaint : Independently of any remedy with MyInterface, you have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA) — Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
