About the project
Development of a complete desktop practice management application for psychologists, with particular focus on security and patient data confidentiality.
The application integrates a smart calendar system with automated appointment management. Patients receive automatic reminders via SMS and by email before their consultations, significantly reducing absences.
For teleconsultations, the application uses Daily.co to create secure video rooms with unique identifiers per session, ensuring conversation confidentiality. Each video consultation is protected and GDPR compliant.
Particular attention was paid to GDPR compliance with end-to-end encryption of sensitive data, fine-grained access rights management, and complete audit trail of all actions.
